Auction rules

Bidding, reserves, payment, tax and shipping are covered by the Auction rules, which form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any lot is limited to the amount you paid for it.
